Donaghan Tremlett (b. 1972 ) was a Muggle-born wizard, who played bass for the popular wizarding band The Weird Sisters. He was also good friends with Marvell Days during school, being in the same year as him.

Early lifeEdit

Donaghan Tremlett was born in 1972 to Muggle parents. He began attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 1983 and was Sorted into Gryffindor. He was good friends with Marvell Days, and was a Beater and Quiddtich Captain.

Later lifeEdit

Donaghan played bass for the popular wizarding band The Weird Sisters. On Christmas Day in 1994 , the band attended the Yule Ball at Hogwarts, where they played classic hits like "Magic Works" and "This Is The Night," as well as a new song titled "Do The Hippogriff."

Donaghan married a woman in September 1995 . The wedding was mentioned in the Daily Prophet.

In June 1997 , Donaghan attended the funeral of Albus Dumbledore, and was one of several familiar people Harry Potter noticed among the crowd.

After the Ministry of Magic was taken over by Lord Voldemort in September 1997, Donaghan, as a Muggle-born, presumably faced charges before the Muggle-Born Registration Commission. He went into hiding with the rest of his band. After the war, he started a family.

The Weird SistersEdit

Donaghan's closest friends were part of the band. They stayed in touch far after the band officially broke up, their children considering each other practically cousins.

Marvell DaysEdit

"Dad always said Marv was his closest friend outside the band." - Nico Tremlett to Kasia Days on his father.

Since Marvell and Donaghan were in the same year and house at Hogwarts, they became very good friends. They were both on the Quidditch team, also. Donaghan was supposedly always telling his sons about his times at Hogwarts with Marvell. They tried to see how high they could fly on their broomsticks and nearly passed out, and had tried to get everyone interested in the Beatles. They also had a duel when Marvell quit the Quidditch team. Donaghan stayed in touch with Marvell after the latter moved to Scotland with his parents, surprising Kasia when he said that Marvell wasn't dead.

Donaghan's mother died of cancer in 2009.

Physical appearanceEdit

Donaghan has jet black, straight hair, which all three of his sons inherited. He had pale skin and dark brown eyes.
